Freemax DUOMAX Coil – What Makes Double Mesh Different?

We’d like to share a little more about the coil technology behind the REXA Series — FREEMAX DUOMAX Tech.

Unlike a traditional single-mesh coil, DUOMAX uses a parallel double-mesh heating structure. By using two mesh elements, the design increases the overall heating area and helps distribute heat more evenly across the coil. The goal is to provide a more consistent vaping experience while maintaining stable coil performance.



DUOMAX also works together with Freemax Tea Fiber Cotton, which is designed to improve e-liquid absorption and help keep the coil adequately saturated during use.

The DUOMAX technology is part of the REXA Platform and is featured across the REXA family, including Freemax REXA Lite, REXA Nano, REXA S, REXA SQ, REXA Pro, REXA Smart, REXA S2, and REXA C. Depending on the model and pod configuration, each device is designed around the REXA Platform to deliver its own combination of performance, controls, and usability.

For us, the interesting part of DUOMAX Tech isn’t simply having “two meshes.” It’s how the parallel double-mesh heating structure, Tea Fiber Cotton wicking system, and REXA pod architecture are designed to work together as a complete coil and pod system.
